Terms and Conditions

The In-store Offer (as described below) is only available to holders of a basic or supplementary card issued by American Express International, Inc. or its affiliates (“American Express”), or licensees of American Express in Singapore.

The Online Offer (as described below) is only available to holders of a basic or supplementary card issued by American Express, or licensees of American Express in Singapore. The cards mentioned in this paragraph for the In-store Offer or the Online Offer, as applicable, shall be referred to as “Eligible Cards” and the holders of Eligible Cards shall be referred to as the “Eligible Card Members”. 

The promotion period is from 12:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Savings Time (“EDST”) on July 28, 2017 to 11:59 p.m. EDST on June 30, 2018 (“Promotion Period”).

1. Bloomingdale’s Online Promotion (“Online Offer”):

• Eligible Card Members shall receive: i) complimentary standard shipping to Singapore on merchandise orders of US$200 or more (before duty, taxes, shipping and handling fees) (“complimentary standard shipping offer”),  and ii) 10% off on merchandise purchases on bloomingdales.com (the “10% discount”).
• The complimentary standard shipping offer and 10% discount Online Offer promotion code are valid only on bloomingdales.com.
• There is no minimum spend required for the 10% discount.
• The following brand and product exclusions apply for the 10% discount:

- WOMEN: Brand exclusions include All Saints, Alo Yoga, ATM, Canada Goose, Comme Des Garcons PLAY, Herno, Maximilian Fur Services, Moose Knuckles, Whistles and The Kooples.
- FINE JEWELRY: Brand exclusions include Lagos and John Hardy.
- MEN: Brand exclusions include All Saints, Armani, Canada Goose, Herno, Moose Knuckles, Reiss, Suitsupply, The Kooples and Vilebrequin. Product exclusions include Mens Tech/Electronics, Dress Shirts, Neckwear and Formalwear.
- HOME: Brand exclusions include RADEN, Tumi and Slip. Product exclusions include Cutlery and Rugs.

• To qualify for complimentary standard shipping, the total order amount has to meet the US$200 minimum spend threshold before duty, taxes, shipping and handling fees.
• Certain overweight categories may also be excluded from the complimentary standard shipping offer, in which case shipping charges will be applied at the point of checkout. Not valid in Bloomingdale’s or Bloomingdale’s Outlet physical stores.
• To redeem the complimentary standard shipping offer and/or the 10% discount, Eligible Card Members must key in the promotion code “AMEX” at the “Secure Checkout” page on Bloomingdales.com, where Eligible Card Members provide their shipping, billing and payment information. Please do not key in the promotion code at the “Your Brown Bag” page.
• There is no limit on the number of occasions that an Eligible Card Member may redeem the Online Offer during the Promotion Period.

2. Bloomingdale’s In-Store Promotion (“In-store Offer”):

• The In-store Offer is only applicable at the following stores (“Participating Stores”):

- 59TH STREET store : 1000 Third Avenue, New York, NY 10022. Redemption Location: First Floor Balcony Visitors Center
- ALA MOANA CENTER store: 1450 Ala Moana Blvd, Honolulu, HI 96814. Redemption Location: First Floor Welcome Visitors Center
- SAN FRANCISCO store: 845 Market Street, San Francisco, CA 94103. Redemption Location: First Floor Visitors Center
- NORTH MICHIGAN AVENUE store: 900 North Michigan Avenue, Chicago, IL 60611. Redemption Location: Third Floor Visitors Center
- AVENTURA MIAMI store: 19555 Biscayne Boulevard, Aventura, FL 33180. Redemption Location: First Floor Visitors Center

• To receive the In-store Offer of a 15% Savings Pass, an Eligible Card Member must present an Eligible Card and a form of identification at the Visitor Centers in the Participating Stores.
• 15% Savings Pass: Product and brand exclusions apply. Please check with Bloomingdales associates in-store for list of exclusions. Savings passes are good for one day only. There is no limit on the number of occasions that an Eligible Card Member may redeem the 15% Savings Pass during the Promotion Period. The 15% Savings Pass may only be applied on merchandise or services at the Participating Stores.

General

The benefits available under the In-store Offer and the Online Offer are not transferable or redeemable for cash.  All employees of Bloomingdale’s and its affiliates are excluded.

American Express and/or Bloomingdale’s reserve the rights to terminate this offer and/or replace the offer with another offer of similar value. Bloomingdale’s shall be solely responsible for the fulfillment of the offer and services offered by Bloomingdale’s to Eligible Card Members. American Express acts solely as a payment provider and is not responsible or liable in the event that any of the services or benefits are not provided or fulfilled by Bloomingdale’s. In the event of any inconsistency between the English language version of these terms and conditions and version(s) in other language(s), the English language version shall prevail.
